This could be possibly a virus disease on your tomato. There are several virus that infect tomato like
Tobacco mosaic virus single streak and double virus streak virus
Tobacco etch virus (TEV) and potato virus Y (PVY)
Potato leafroll virus (PLRV)
Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV)
Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) etc.,
This virus causes varied symptoms like mosaic, mottling or puckering or curling of leaves. The infected stem and petiole may show streaking. Fruits may become rough, deformed or spotted. Dropping of flower and fruits. Stunting of infected plants.
Generally the viruses are transmitted by seeds, mechanical, insects (aphids, thrips, whiteflies), weed hosts and previous infected plant debris.
Best approaches to follow: Roughing- remove the infected plants and burn them. Keep the field free from weeds and crop debris. Use healthy certified seeds. Control the insect vectors.

Only some leave show purple color, but not all, usually in the last leaves near the fruit. over 7 years ago.
