Plant new tomato seeds?
Tomato None Given
Just wondering if anybody has any advice on whether I should pull up the tomato plants which survived over winter or will they produce a decent crop again? I have some beefsteaks which look OK but not sure how well they will do this year. Anybody tried this?

I would advise against keeping your tomatoes from the previous season. Eventually tomatoes will harbor a variety of different pathogens and these could attack new fruit immediately. It's better to start from a clean slate with plants you know have no diseases. Also, if planting in the same spot make sure to fertilize because the previous tomatoes probably used up most of the nutrients.

This may depend on how much you want to risk not having a good crop of tomatoes....
You could always leave them if they are healthy and see what happens and perhaps plant some new plants too. Does anybody else have any experience of this?

Where are you Tucker? I've had some luck with my tomatoes in the past and have had a pretty good yield in the second and third year. I'd stick with them! about 11 years ago.
wow what zone are you in that you can over winter tomatoes? about 11 years ago.
