How to get access to PlantVillage diseased and health plants dataset ?

I have tired using the link https://plantvillage.org/plant_images... but the page says that "The page you were looking for doesn't exist.". There is no other link available.

Send an email to dph14@PSU.EDU and will send a link to a dropbox folder until we manage to get the hosted
