Hi everyone, since a couple of days the bottom leaves are turning yellow and I noticed some discoloring at the stam. Anyone an idea? The plant is placed close to the window with little direct sunlight.

The base of the ☘️ shows fungal fruiting Bodies,
1. Introduce plant to sunlight
2. Drench the plant and its base with systemic fungicide eg Carbendazim about 20gms/1L of of water @ 2weeks interval.
