Italian Pepper Leaves Turning Black?

Hi all,

A problem with my Pepper again, spontaneously overnight this blackness appeared on only one of the leaves of my Pepper plant. I've looked it up and can't seem to find anything that matches my problem… any guesses as to what this may be?

It is hard to determine. I don't think it is a foliar disease like a fungus, but it is more likely some physiological stress. Keep and eye on it and take more images on subsequent days
