Leaves don't look that good

Avocado    None Given

My leaves look like this. Is something wrong? It's a black avocado and it is planted in Tampa, Fl. It does have some fruit on it.

This looks like pest damage. It's doesn't look like major damage right now. If you can take a picture if you see any pests attacking the leaves, we can help you further.

Abbey commented,
I will look for sure. The leaves are curled in on themselves and drooping a lot. I was thinking that I might be watering it too much or not enough. I'm not sure. Also, is it recommended to trim the lower branches to make more of a tree canopy? Thank you for all the help.

We were watering several times a week. About 5 times a week.

If the root ball is well established you may be watering too much. Good irrigation is important during flowering and fruit set. You can find more details on care here: https://www.plantvillage.org/en/topic...
