New leaves on chilli plant becoming dark brown and deformed

I have 3 small Chilli trees, they were growing at a good pace but few weeks ago i found that at the top of the tree where new small leaves were growing they were becoming dark brown and deformed.Then I applied 10 drops of Cypermethrin and 1 and half spoon of copper oxychloride in 1 liter of water. I sprayed but a few days later i found out no improvement.

I used my iPad to zoom right in on those damaged areas and I can see some fine silk webs. Can you post a few more images - preferably close-ups of the damaged areas to confirm? I think this is a problem caused by mites. If so then I would get spraying with an insecticidal soap containing neem to kill them off. This will have to be done regularly, the mites hide in the buds and it is difficult to get to them. I had a similar problem on one of my plants and it recovered just fine. You could snip off the brown areas and that should hopefully get rid of a few mites too. Peppers tolerate some pruning and will just regrow.

This plant only need more solar light, it's growing in very poor ilumination conditions.
If this plant is growed with optimal ilumination maybe will need more water and nutrients.

Is it growing in a pot? If so, did u clean the pot before planting? If not, what part of country do u live in? In S. AZ the water has high alkalinity - this causes leaves to turn brown. almost 10 years ago.
Yes,it is growing on a pot and the plot was cleaned before planting.I live in the Capital of my country.The water seems to me alright as i water few other plants in my garden and they are in good condition.
I think may be this is an attack from Spider or Spot Blight virus.

Could you post a few more pictures of the plant? Some close-ups of the brown parts would be good. Is there any other symptoms on the plant? almost 10 years ago.
Sure i will, the plants has stopped growing since last 2 weeks due to the attack of spider mites i guess.
