I am trying find out what is happening to my potted avocado tree. It is just about 1 year old. It has been growing really well but i am noticing that some of the leaves are changing color on the top of the leaf. They are even starting to be spotted. The base of the tree trunk is changing color to a rusty red color but the tree is still growing in size and has new leaves opening. I am not sure what is happening.
