It seems Liriomyza spp" leaf miner",in the 1st.photo.,and what needs is a specific control and also a cultural managment on the crop.Previously you have to take care of indentification through local agronomic entomology lab.,or people that can identify in the farm.

Agree with Mario. It looks like leaf miners damage. The main species infect tomato are Tuta absoluta and Lyriomyza spp. Adult leafminer is a small black and yellow moth which lays its eggs in the leaf; larvae hatch and feed on leaf interior which creates thin, white, winding trails.

It looks like leaf miners damage. If you scout in your plants, you can see the larval insects that are small black flies.
To control, you can use yellow sticky traps, predator, or pesticide.
