How can I make these strawberry plants soil acidic pH? Right now it is 7.0

For clay soil - add elemental sulfur, adding organic materials can make problems worse, as your soil retains more moisture, making it more alkaline. Use a fertilizer containing ammonia. Many of the fertilizers which are used for acid-loving plants contain ammonia sulfate or sulfur-coated urea.

To make soil acidic you could use Blood Meal..find that at your local nursery or hardware store..
Also brewed coffee added to water when watering...don't use too much coffee..1 part coffee to 10 parts water.
