I'm not an expert in fungicides, but the document linked below from the USDA identifies azoxystrobin, difenoconazole, polyoxin B (polar) and trifloxystrobin as active compounds, although the study focuses on Alternaria alternata in red delicious strains of apple. I would assume though that these active ingredients work independent of the host species.
