Pepper plant is being eaten by something; spraying hasn't helped

Pepper, bell    None Given

Something is attacking one of my green bell pepper plants (see picture) and it is slowly eating the leaves. I have other pepper plants in the same garden that are healthy. I have tried spraying but it still continues. How can this be remedied? Thank you.

It looks like slugs or snails damage. You can catch them during early morning hours (i.e.., during morning dew hours) or you can prepare traps like cornmeal trap (add a tablespoon or two of cornmeal in a jar of water) or beer trap (pour beer in a cup/jar) and place them near the plants overnight. They will attracted to traps and get killed.
