Mango disease problem

My mango trees have white spots on the trunk . The mangoes fall while still small and have black spots on them. Can you please help me on how I can treat this disease. What can I use to resolve this problem?

That could be powdery mildew, it is a fungal disease that develops white powdery spores on new flush and on fruits and stems. Rains or mists accompained by cooler night during flowering are conducive environments for the disease spread. Use fungicides like Ridomil, Antracol or Rodazin.
