Brown spots on eggplant seedlings

Eggplant    Cottage grove oregon

The weather has been humid, but not too out of control. Watering is not heavy.

Since there aren't any visible distinctive holes I would say the brown spots are caused by Phomopsis blight. It's hard to say 100% since no visible fruit yet. I would use a basic copper fungicide spray.
