I have asked colleagues from the International Rice Research Institute and they said
"I do not see any fungal or bacterial disease. It is not easy to determine the cause of senescence because the photos are not clear. Can we ask them to send us close-up photos?"
Please send close up photos. It is not correct to spray chemicals if you do not know the agent causing the disease
