Apple pear affected by nectria canker?

Hi there!
I have this apple pear/Asian pear/nashi pear. I noticed these blackenings near some cuts made 2 months ago by the nurseryman when I bought it.
When I cut the plant, noticed these spots inside the wood.
Could it be nectria canker?

DEFINITIVITY YES NECTRIA CANKER IN FIRST PHASE,IS THIS IN ALL THE CROP OR ONLY IN AISLATE TREES?,IF IN AISLATE TREES YOU CAN ELIMINATE THEM,AND LET A PAIR OF MONTS OPEN IN SOIL AND THE RE-PLANT AFTER VERIFICATION.
