How should I treat this tomato plant

Tomato    Perú

How would you recommend to treat this plant ? Some ecological insecticide? The plant has holes caused by an insect at night. You can see that even leave their waste on the plant.

I can't be sure from the photo but it looks like it could be sunburn, especially if the plant was place outside in sunny conditions without 'hardening off' after being in more sheltered (and lower light intensity) conditions. If the problem spreads, it's more likely a disease. If it's sunburn, the plant will grow out of it.

It looks like blister beetle damage. The insect feeds on leaves by making holes. Also the beetles leaves black excrement on infested plants. Beetles can be controlled by hand picking and put them in soap water (use gloves or tweezers to pick beetles since it causes blisters if you touch them bare hands).
