Coconut Palm Looks burned

Coconut    naples

I have 3 year old Coconut Palm that looks like it has burned off leaves on the tips.
This originates when the leaf sprouts I do not know exactly what it is causing this so I can not treat it.
Can anyone take a look at the pictures and tell what is happening to this Coconut Palm?

Russ commented,
Ok so it could be an over fertilizer situation I do not see any bugs on the palm and there is a healthy palm that was planted at the same time 30 feet away from this one.
I have treated he palms for whitefly with systemic pesticide and when many white flies are present sprayed with permetherin. I have been known to over fertilize palms in the past not realizing just how delicate they are. So now less is more I only fertilizer once a year.
Thank you for your help.

The leaves are stressed. This can be caused by a number of things including heat stress and nutrient stress (not enough of one type). Have you had this in previous years? Have you been adding fertilizer to the soil (sometimes too much can be as much a problem as too little). Has the weather been unusually hot
