What are these strange spots on my guava's fruits?

Guava    None Given

I have this potted guava psidium cattleyanum.
It has about 70 little fruits and some have these strange "spots".
What can it be?

I believe it could be a mechanical damage. Plant can sustain and overcomes this damage. If you still not comfortable with it, remove the affected fruit and leaves.
