Yellow and Curled Pepper leaves

Pepper, bell    None Given

I got two bell pepper saplings from my friend and transferred those to a pot. I water it twice a day and it gets good sunshine. After a week, some of the older leaves in the bottom started to turn yellow and then later on it has some holes on it and started to dry. Though the leaves in the top are green, they have curled and become very firm. Both the plants suffers from the same problems. I checked for pests and there aren't any! Are these symptoms due to any deficiency? Please let me know!

The cupping of leaves and light green color are signs of a couple potential problems. Just because you are taking care of them doesn't mean a few bugs didn't feed on them and transmit a virus while under your friend's care. I would say you should just start over and make sure you get good, commercial, clean seed so you are starting out with a good product.
