What could be the cause of cracking the fruit of guava

This is typical of damage by thrips insects.
Control: pesticides applied early, when the fruit is pea sized; or biological using something like a Beauveria bassiana strain that infects thrips. Again, early application is essential.

I definitely agree this is thrip damage, they cause a similar scar on several tree fruits. Depending on the size of your tree, reflective mulch or mesh could be another option for control. The reflectance would hinder their ability to locate the plant and provides some benefits to the plants (increasing light and soil warmth, reducing weed growth) but it is a less effective control if the tree is large.
