Yellowing and spots on my hydroponic rex lettuce

Lettuce    western MA/ south windsor CT

We're growing rex butterhead lettuce in a NFT hydroponic system inside under lights. We've been battling potato aphids w/ Nuke em a omri listed food grade insecticide that uses citric acid and yeast . we're now seeing necrotic spots aa well as yellowing of the leaves the last few days. I've attached pictures .Any help would be appreciated.Any possibility that it might be LMV (lettuce mosaic virus)?

I think there is definitely a chance that this could be a virus and lettuce mosaic is a possibility given the aphid infestation. Unfortunately, the only way to be certain is to have the plants tested. The test used is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). I see you have posted another question about plant pathology labs so hopefully the PlantVillage community comes up with some suggestions for you.

Also consider the possibility of the necrotic spots being a chemical leaf burn. The Nuke Em insecticide label says to turn the main lighting OFF. Spray in low light then turn all lighting OFF until Nuke Em has completely dried.
