I planted garlic 20 days back, with all the recommendations. Till 2nd leave it was fine but as the 3rd leaf came , the 1st & 2nd leaf started getting yellow. What is the reason and remedy? Please help.

Bottom leaves? Or new growth? I would make sure the soil is well watered..garlic likes moist ground. Also is that sand? Nutrients are typically absent from sand so I would make sure you incorporate plenty of organic matter..garlic loves a rich organic matter condition. Large cloves make large bulbs..small cloves make small bulbs..best when they are 8inches apart. Also cutting back top growth once in a while will promote root concentration in the plant to help establish it more.

The older leaves are getting yellow, all the dose of NPK, sulphur & zinc with fungicide is given.

if it is the bottom leaves.. that is typically from drought. I am unfamiliar with NPK etc you stated for i do not use chemicals. Just pull off yellow leaves. If you can get your hands on some good compost i would spread it and incorporate it in the soil with the garlic plants. Also Liquid Seaweed applications are pretty beneficial with Garlic amongst other plants. https://dengarden.com/gardening/The-B...
