Cauliflower crop - eggs on lower leaf surface

In cauliflower, these eggs are below leaf surface. I haven't identified them - if any one knows please tell me about it, thanks.

These are eggs of the "white fly". There are mainly 5 species which causes damage to horticulture crops. In your case it may be probably "Aleyrodes proletella". This species is known for its damage on cauliflower and other types of cabbage.

It is always difficult to indentify based on pictures, but yes I am pretty sure you look at white flies.
