Why are my strawberries not rippening like they should be, they are in a greenhouse?

you can leave them in a bright room ( not direct light) and they will continue to ripen.

It is possible that the fruit is not getting enough sun. Try thinning out some of the leaves if they are covering the strawberries. Good luck.

Agree with Seyla. Generally cool and wet conditions delays ripening in strawberries. Proper exposing of strawberries to sun accelerate the ripening process.

if you wait longer before picking it will turn fully red..thats how they start. the color gets more and more with time.
