Most probably the water used for irrigation is saline. This looks a lot like the effect of salinity on the leaves.

I believe it is not a problem with salinity of soil .two years back i got good yield form the same field.
hope it will be problem with bacteria or fungus ,can any one please help me to find out the cause and remedy ???
