Leafspot on winter wheat, what is the pathogen?

Wheat    Moscow

Winter wheat, previous crop - wheat. White leafspot, oval in shape, with dark margins are common on 70% of plants. Unfortunately, I have no samples to do microscopic analysis or isolate the pathogen.

Alex, is there a clearer image you could upload? Most of the spots are out of focus and a little hard to distinguish. Also, are the leaf spots flat or slightly 3-dimensional? Powdery mildew can leave white spots like these but typically does not have a dark margin

Hi Alex, agree the spots are not clearly visible, but they do resemble like herbicide damage. Did they spray any herbicide in the field?
