To determine the amount of urea needed for 15 square meter area you need to follow this simple four steps

Area: 15 square meter
Fertilizer: urea (46-0-0)
Recommended rate: 60 kg per hectare
Square meter per hectare: 10,000

Step 1: Divide kgs N per hectare by 10,000. This is the kg needed per square meter.
(60 kg N/ha) ÷ 10000 Sq. m = 0.006 kg N/Sq. m

Step 2: Multiply by square meter to fertilize. This is the kg of nitrogen needed.
(0.006 kg N/Sq. m) X (15 Sq. m) = 0.09 kg N

Step 3: Divide the percent N in the fertilizer by 100.
46 percent N ÷ 100 = 0.46

Step 4: Divide the result in Step 2 by the result in Step 3.
0.09 kg N ÷ 0.46 = 0.1956 kg of urea *****

Similarly if you calculate for phosphorous

Area: 15 square meter
Fertilizer: DAP (18-46-0)
Recommended rate: 13 kg per hectare
Square meter per hectare: 10,000

You need 0.04 kg of DAP.

****** Since DAP also contain 18 percent nitrogen and you are going to apply 0.04 kg DAP. Reduce that amount of urea required. So the final amount of urea required for your given field is 0.18 kg.

(Another calculation
Urea required(Kgs per 1 hectare): 117.84 (based on 60 kg N per hectare)
{ 128.76 kgs of urea per hectare if you are not using DAP }
Diammonium phosphate(DAP) required (Kgs per 1 hectare): 28.26 (based on 13 kg P per hectare)

Total required for field size (15 square meter)
Urea= 117.84 kgs per hectare ÷ 10000 Sq. m X 15 Sq. m = 0.18 kg
Diammonium phosphate(DAP)= 128.76 kgs per hectare ÷ 10000 Sq. m X 15 Sq. m = 0.04 kg
