What can I do about yellow pecan leaves?

I'm from center Italy and I love pecan nuts, but they are very expensive here and there are not a lot of orchards in Italy!
I have a good climate according to different pecan's experts from USA so I decided to buy two plants, a Kiowa and a Cape Fear.
I planted them about a month ago when the buds were breaking and they should be 2 years old (1 year grafted).
They look good but Kiowa has some leafs with a burned tip and its leaves looks a little bit yellow, there is a sort of distinction between the middle of the leaf and the peripheral part.
According to my father it could be the "cold", because after two weeks of about 86°F (30C) we had a week of rain and temperature decreased in few hours.
But I know that yellow leaves are symptoms of zinc deficiency or iron deficiency.
The soil has about a PH 7-8and according to a friend from USA it could be because of the high PH so I should give an acidophilus fertilizer.
According to another friend it is a nitrogen deficiency, he had the problem and giving nitrogen solved the problem.
What do you think about it?

I think it might in fact be iron deficiency. Can you take a closer up image of the leaves so that we can see the chlorosis between the leaves?
Iron deficency is not generally a lack of iron in the soil but rather an inability to get it into the leaves, which often happens after cold spells
"Classic iron deficiency symptoms are a pronounced interveinal chlorosis ( see Figure ). From a distance, iron deficiency, at first, may be perceived to be a nitrogen deficiency. However, with iron deficiency young leaves and leaflets are affected first, which is the opposite of typical nitrogen deficiency. Although leaf veins normally remain conspicuously green, leaf veins may also become chlorotic with iron deficiency."

Provide more images and please look to see if the older leaves are worse than the newer leaves

No sorry, I'm not at home for the next two weeks!
I have closer pics of Asimina Triloba which have also yellow leaves and are planted few feets next to pecans!
Unfortunately snails eated their leaves so I don't really know if this yellow color is due to the same deficiency or because of the snails damage!
