Bell pepper plant

Pepper, bell    None Given

The leaves of my bell pepper plant is crinkled but not rolled up. There are no bugs or larva's or spots or webs. Plant looks healthy & has blooms & peppers. None of the leaves are turning yellow or brown. What's up????

Could be either be a watering issue where the plant be in distress or some kind of nutrient deficiency. The good news is no signs of insect damage.

I took the soil out of the LARGE pot & added: compost, bagged: Miracle Grow Moisture Control potting soil, manure w/compost, top soil (a Very good grade), peat moss w/Miracle Grow, couple hands full of fine chopped leaves, Espen Salt (1 teaspoon), fine ground egg shells (tablespoon) & bone meal (2 teaspoons). I believe there is enough nutrients or could I have gotten too much of something. Rain water has been used. Could I have watered too much??
