Mystery pink insect

Okra    India

My okra leaves started having white spots on it. Later the entire leaf whitened and the leaves started falling and the plant was devoid of all leaves. They also have white crystal balls near them. Then I noticed this pink pests moving around underneath the leaves. The white spots were in leaves with these pests only. Please help.

How do I get rid of it?

TC Holloway commented,
First make proper identification of the pest. Make sure they are red spider mites. If so, I would first spray the plants generously with water to remove what I could. 1 tea spoon baby shampoo and 1 tea spoon vegetable oil to 1 gallon water. Spray plant. Try to introduce predators to garden as well. Ladybugs are excellent for spidermites, aphids, and whiteflys

I believe it could be some sort of flea beetle....Try this homemade spray to control flea beetles: 2 parts rubbing alcohol, 5 parts water, and 1 tablespoon liquid soap. Spray the mixture on the foliage of garden plants that are susceptible to these pests. Dusting your plants with plain talcum powder repels flea beetles on tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, and other plants.

Could you please upload a clearer image of the insects so we can verify the species? Thanks

Hard to tell, but they look like spider mites. Best confirm the ID before treatment. If they are spider mites, you can try insecticidal soaps or any of a number of commercially available pesticides labeled for spider mite control. I'm not sure what's available in India, so you'll have to do some research into it.
