Yellow spots

Papaya (pawpaw)    None Given

Didn't notice any insects but leaves have yellow spots. Do noticed some white dots on main stem of leaves. Looks like some eggs. Fruits still turning yellow and falling off.

They are not eggs. I had the same exact problem with my papayas a few weeks back and it drove me crazy. I saw these little clear dew like droplets that look like eggs but no bugs and I kept spraying they down with water to get rid of them but they would show up the next morning like nothing happened. I googled the life out of it looking for answers; I am sorry I do not remember the name of it but it is a naturally occurring phenomenon from the plant itself and nothing to be worried about, they said it was actually a healthy thing. As for the discoloration of the leaves I am not sure but they are not related. My papayas still have the dewy drops and they are doing well! I hope this helped.

Thanks for the help. Will observe the plant daily. Thank you

I think it could be viral disease on your plant. How many plants are infected? Is there any symptoms on petiole? Do you any other crop plants along with this plant? If yes, did you notice any insects (aphids, whiteflies etc.).

Sometimes the mosaic pattern you see (yellow patches on green) can be caused by very young caterpillars that rasp (i.e. scrape) the leaf rather than bite into it. Normally mosaic patterns are caused by virus.
The white dots could be eggs as you suggest. Keep a close look out for caterpillars which will be growing quickly
