Hi Melissa, image is not clear please upload few sharper images. The soil looks too wet. How frequently do you water? How is the weather there? Did the pots have proper drainage? Generally warm, wet weather favors fungal disease. The main problems in zucchini are squash vine borer and Plectosporium Blight (images attached).

You should remove infected material and dispose of it in a plastic bag, or burn it. Also wash the shears and other tools you use. When you water the plant be aware that water spreads around fungal diseases. Try and put the water directly into the soil and avoid spraying the plant. You can also use stick to keep the plant higher up, avoiding to touch the soil so it is less wet.

Squash vine borer is an egg laid by a moth. I have had success covering my squash plants with row cover right from the start of transplanting. Leave it on to prevent moth from descending and laying eggs. When you see the first flowers, then remove row cover for pollination for a morning, then replace it. Do this now and then for pollination and hopefully you'll have less problems. The sun will get through the row cover and keep the plant growing.
