Apple    Srinagar

These types of spots are rare but affect at a good chunk in susceptible cultivars of Apple like red delicious. I am not sure either they are related to any kind of deficiency or any pest or any kind of physical damage. In lateral case I am not ruling out hail damage as well. Drop your say at this.

It could be codling moth damage (see the hole in the center of the spot). The young codling moth (Cydia pomonella) larvae feeds on seeds by entering the fruit through calyx. Externally one can see the entrance hole on the fruit and parts of the fruit may become sunken and rotten. You can split the fruit open to see the tunneling and larvae inside.

Also, it looks like leaf miner damage on the leaves. Normally it is not a serious pest and won't cause any economic damage to crops.

If the epidermis is peeled off there are patches which can be either bitter pit or injury due to hail stones.
