What is the cause of these symptoms?

What could be causing these symptoms? The symptoms initially appear on the older leaves. Are the symptoms of magnesium deficiency or Verticillium disease?

It doesn't look like Verticillium wilt disease symptoms. It could be a physiological disorder like a nutrient deficiency or due to high temperature or light (Are you regulating temperature and light in your poly house?). Or it could be natural senescence (since plants matured and already bearing fruit).
