I'm wondering what for disease this is, because the Bacterial spot and the Septoria leaf spot are very much alike. And how can I distinguish one from the other?
Charlie B.commented,
The two diseases look similar on the upper side of the leaves, but the bacterial spots will have a dark wet look on the underside while fungal spots like Septoria will be dry. Another good way is to look for spots on the fruit. Bacteria will cause black spots. Septoria does not infect the fruit.
