White Patches on my Alphonso tree

Mango    India

There are white patches on my mango tree and less leaves please suggest any medicine for the tree

The white patches on the trunk are lichens and harmless. The leaves were not visible. Upload better images

There does not seem to be a problem. The lichen is not bad
almost 6 years ago.
