It looks like a physiological stress with such uniform yellowing. But some of the leaves (of a neighboring plant, lower down) do seem to have spots of yellow. Which may indicate tomato mosaic virus

Have you checked for whiteflies or aphids?

Is the affected plant in its own pot or shared soil with other plants?
