I am a B.E student in BMSIT college, Bangalore, India. My group has decided to do the project on the identification of the plant disease by using the image classification techniques. We searched for the data-sets co-incidentally we came across your site. So I request your permission to grant access to use or to copy the image data-set for our project.

You cannot decide to do a project on crop diseases and then look for images, You need to work with local experts in crop diseases.
