how can I fight this kind of a disease. this gradually affect some of plants please your advise will be very useful to me

Your plants have a virus infection.
You said the disease is spreading on other plants, check for the presence of insects as aphids, whiteflies, thrips... that are transmitting plant viruses.
To limit the spreading control the insects and destroy the infected plants. I haven't seen your field but in case you have weeds around it is necessary to get read of them since they can be a source of infection.You can in some cases have contaminated seeds make sure you are using clean seeds.
