if the high population of cassava plant has CMD in the farm ist advisable to approte everything??

The pictures you sent are showing healthy plants. Use the application (PlantVillage Nuru) to scout the cassava plants in your crop. When you detect CMD infected plants, you should rogue them out and destroy. By keeping the diseased plants, you are going to infect the healthy cassava and your neighbors' farms.

I am not sure of the question. If most plants have yellow leaves due to CMD and some plants have green leaves then there is a risk that that the plant with green leaves gets infected. Infection can happen as whiteflies eat some of the yellow leaves and them travel to the plant with green leaves and carry the disease.
