I want to calculate that what percentage of plants in 5 Acre land affected by viral disease in sponge Gourd ..plz suggest me how can I do that

Walk the field in a W pattern checking 50 plants. 10 in one line, 10 in another, 10 in another, 10 in another and 10 in last line. Check each plant for viral disease. The % of the 50 plants is your prevalence. So, if 25/50 were infected then prevalence is 0.5 or 50%
