what kind of problem is this that I am having with the papaya in my farm?

Papaya (pawpaw)    Nepal

Papaya leaves in my farm are getting yellowish and started dieing. This could be Mealybug Infestation.

Thank you for submitting a closer picture.
The symptoms on the leaf are related to powdery mildew symptoms that are caused by a fungus. The pathogen is favored by high humidity and low sunlight.
Remove the infected parts and dispose of them properly. Avoid irritating the trees by sprinkler and provide proper nutrition to trees to withstand powdery mildew infection. If the disease is severe, apply suitable fungicides.
