Mulberry tree - sticky excretion and brown bulges

Hi there!
So about 2 months ago I noticed something sticky on my mulberry tree and its pot. I also noticed leaves getting yellowish/not as bright green.
I left for three weeks and came back to find brown bulges that seem to be some sort of bugs, they are dry and easy to remove. Near them again a lot of sticky excretion. Leaves are also yellow and weaker.
What is this?

Generally leaves turn yellow when season change or any other environmental pollutants have direct attack on tree. In such cases, you have to use the right products that add good nutrients supply and also balance pH balance. I suggest you to check this website, https://ariesagro.com/ for more ideas
