You've to be specific which disease you're talking about. Diseases have different control measures

Ash can help because it kills insects, but nowadays we use parasitoids

Also you can use Rabbit urine instead of pesticides. Rabbit urine will act as healer and also fertilizer.

If the disease is severe enough to warrant chemical control, select one of the following fungicides: chlorothalonil (very good), copper fungicide, or mancozeb (good).

Nicodemas Zabron commented,
I agree with you, but in case the symptoms has already occurred I suggest not to use neither copper nor mancozeb since because both are protective fungicides and not curative, thereof spraying is less or no effective after infestation and may result to pest resistance issues. I recommend the use of hexaconacole, metalaxy, propneb, Cymoxanil, triadmethanol, and other active ingredient.

The stage your tomatoes have reached requires you to manage fungal diseases. Systemic fungicides would be ideal having Metalaxyl and Mancozed ingredients like Winner, Tebuconazole and rule out insect pests using pesticides like Dimethoate. Apply recommended dozes indicated by manufacturer. Apply at 14 days interval with rainy weather. Mulch if dry conditions are showing up.
