Browning leaves and one stem.

Avocado    None Given

At the top of the tree the leaves are not brown and it growing really well, should I remove the brown leaves? Also, as you can see it has on stem straight up, just now it is starting to branch out, leave the leaves at the bottom or remove them? I live in Greece so the weather is really nice.

Is there anything else from the house that will do the same job? Also, all of the leaves or just the ones on the bottom.

It's very relevant to apply to the base place of the plant a product with pH.acid like DENTAMET. or similar with action against fungal or bacterial ,for avoid further problems, this material is good and natural derivate and there are also others similar with same effects.

My tree is just the opposite, with most leaves brown and bottom new sprou7ts and green leaves. Do I have to cut all the brown leaves off, along with the branches their on? have had fruit for 3 years, tree was bought small about 4 years ago. In Orlando, Fl.

Just remove the leaves at the bottom. The idea for dentamet was just to seal the wound to prevent excessive leaking of fluids or bacterial entry. I would not worry about that since you are in a house where there will be limited bacterial of the type that can affect the plan; plus the lower humidity in the house will reduce water loss (it will dry up quickly)

I just removed all the brown leaves from the bottom, but I have a small branch with new growth, should I remove that too? I also, use cinnamon to put where I removed the leaves, I use this on other plants like orchids.

I just removes the dead brown leaves from the bottom, but there is a small branch with some new growth, should I remove that as well. I also use cinnamon to cover the places where I removed the leaves. This works the same.
