Deformed figs

Fig    Long Beach, Ca 90805

Can anyone tell me what is causing deformities in my figs? They are both in containers. The Black Madara is in a self watering containers and the Black Mission is in the same container that I bought it in from Home Depot. It wicks up water from the bottom when I fill up the tray it is in. Both kinda the same containers but the Black Mission, I have to fill up almost every day.

Did the containers ever get too dry then a good watering?
It looks as if the inside of the fruit is coming out..
Not keeping the soil watered regularly during fruiting time can make fruit explode or just not work out.
I would cut off deformed fruit.
Pretty neat looking id say.

Seyla commented,
Checked with a fig website they said it happens sometimes one fig has an eye that open too much and the other is a fig within another fig. These things happen do to weather and environmental issues that can't be controlled by the gardener. Thanks.
