Help with identifying cucumber pest

Cucumber    None Given

I can't seem to identify the pest on my cucumber flowers. They are only found on my cucumber but I have strawberry and Serrano right next to it. My cucumbers don't seem to be maturing so I'm thinking they are affecting growth. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

I recommend you to put or hang close to the plants a couple sticky traps preferable blue or yellow, at least the Thrip adults will get there and stay there. Also they do not like the garlic smell, you can make a solution of water and garlic to spray on the plants every other two days to keep them away until the pest pressure goes down.

These look like the Western Flower Thrip, which is a pest and can harm your plant in two ways: by directly feeding from the plant and by injecting virus that can affect the plant.

So, you need to control this. A few questions so we can help
1) Do you want to use synthetic pesticides or do you want an organic solution? There former is much quicker but the latter is preferable if you are an organic grower
2) Is this in a greenhouse
3) How many do you find (few or a lot)
4) Where are you?

Adam commented,
I would like to stay organic but I feel that the issue may be getting out of hand, as I see at least 15 on my entire plant which has gone up from just a few last week, so I may have to resort to synthetic. I have my one plant in a five gallon bucket outside on the patio. I live in Los Angeles. I also have a strawberry, serrano and habanero sitting next to this plant, but they do not have the problem. Thank you.
