Pecan seedlings die after spots on leaves: why?

Pecan    None Given

Hello.
I had 5 plants of pecan nuts from seeds but one by one they started to die.
It starts with some spots on the leaves and after some days the plant dies.
I tried with some fungicides but it seems they can't stop it.
According to you what's the problem?
Is it a fungus attack or other?

I would say the "feet" of the plant are staying too wet. I would try less water more light and air circulation.

Mirko commented,
The feet looks ok, there is no fungal attack. They were exposed to sun during a great part of the day. It seems like a fungal attack, maybe the nut was from a infected tree...
