Lemon tree deformation

Lemon    None Given

My lemon tree had smooth leaves up until few weeks back the leaves started looking wierd to me. I have noticed mites on the tree and treated it with neem oil and soap. Now it is mite free but do the leaves look normal ? i dont know what variety it is as a bought it from a local nursery who didn't know what it was in the first place it never fruited either so i don't know if its the container its in thats causing it to this! dont know if its root bound

plz help

What size pot is this? How long has it been in the pot? Have you noticed any insects? Have you fertilized it? Potassium deficiencies in citrus can caused curled/cupped leaves that yellow at the tips. Pull the plant out of the pot and make sure whether or not it is root bound.

I would recommended that you check to see if it root bound and if so transplant with a new, nutrient rich soil
